The above holds for the portal www.vorratsdatenspeicherung.de, the Wiki and the portal freiheitsredner.The portal briefe.gegen.daten.speicherung.eu does not store the IP addresses of its visitors.

The operator of the server ak-vds.de does log the IP addresses of its visitors. The logs are deleted after a few weeks.

Portal

We use a software called Joomla to run our portal. Once you choose a language, a session cookie containing your language of choice is stored on your computer. These cookies are not stored by us.

Wiki

When you edit pages in our Wiki, we store neither your user ID nor your IP address. However, the contents you enter is stored in the version history, and cannot be deleted even by later changes. If you create a user account with the Wiki, it cannot be deleted, although the associated information can be changed.

The Wikimedia software uses cookies when you edit articles. These cookies are stored on your computer and are not logged by us.

Contact Form

If you send us a message via the contact form, only the information you enter is submitted, and nothing else. For instance,

• your IP address or
• information about your computer (browser etc.)

will not be submitted.

Mailing Lists

Powers of attorney received by barrister Starostik are handled with professional secrecy and will be kept confidential.

SPD, CDU, CSU Campaign

When you register for participation at the SPD, CDU, CSU campaign, only the information you submit is stored. Your information is used exclusively for the campaign. It is neither stored or used for other purposes, nor given to third parties. Your name and place of residence is added to the list of signatories on the Internet.

Letters to Delegates

When you write a letter to the members of parliament, only the information you submit is stored and submitted. Your information is used exclusively for the campaign. It is neither stored nor used for other purposes, nor given to third parties. Your letter is anonymized and published on the Internet. After examining if it complies with our terms of use, we release it to be sent to the delegates of SPD, CDU, and CSU.
