Bisheriger Planungsstand:

  • Wir beginnen um 16.00 Uhr mit einem Infostand an der Neuhauser Str. 8.
  • um 18h starten wir eine Kundgebung am Marienplatz.
  • mit den versammelten Leuten ziehen wir danach vom Marienplatz übers Tal, Altstadtring zum Odeonsplatz (Innenministerium, Feldherrnhalle).
    • während dessen zieht der Infostand vom Marienplatz zum Odeonsplatz um (--> Joachim & Co.)
    • am Odeonsplatz bauen wir vorher eine Bühne auf (24qm), regen-geschützt, mit Licht und Sound. Stromanschluss erforderlich (50kw).
  • dort dann Reden, Grundgesetz-Lesen,es wird eine Band spielen (2x 2-3 Lieder, Rothy), evtl. kriegen wir einen Comedian (Rothy fragt da an).
  • die Gäste sollten Grableuchten mitbringen, evtl. Lampions
  • Schweigeminuten

Die Helfer des Infostandes treffen sich bereits ab 15:30h!. Die Technik-Helfer am Odeonsplatz um 14:00h und die Ordner um 17:30h am Marienplatz! Redner und sonstige Gäste spätestens 18h!

Neben der Planung der Demo selbst ist die Werbung das allerwichtigste Thema. Daher haben wir drei Arbeitsbereiche eingerichtet, bei denen jeder Mithelfen kann und soll:

Pressearbeit
Die Pressearbeit wird durch NL vom Verein zur politischen Jugendpartizipation koordiniert.
Bündnisarbeit
Einladung und Koordinierung von swim goggles Bündnispartnern zur Demo (Parteien, Vereine, Organisationen) wird durch Andreas S. (Andreas bei scheibleger.de) von den Piraten koordiniert.
Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Zuständig für Flyer, Plakate, Banner und alles was dazu gehört. Wird von Mauspad (m0usep4d bei gmail.com) koordiniert. Hier werden sehr viele Leute gebraucht!

Versammlungsleitung

Offiziell (gegenüber den Behörden) übernimmt ValiDOM die Versammlungsleitung, (gleichberechtigter) Stellvertreter ist klml (earth bei klml punkt de).

Demo selbst

Infostand und Betreuung Infostand
Wird um 16h am Marienplatz aufgebaut und zieht während des Aufzuges zum Odeonsplatz um. Wird von Jochen koordiniert. Auch hier werden Leute gebraucht!
Technik: Bühne, Sound, Licht, mobiler Sound
Wird von Kalle (DerKalle at gmx.de) koordiniert.
Demo-Inhalte: Redner, Bands, Musik (Inhalte)
Wird von ValiDOM zusammen mit Klaus M. koordiniert.
Sicherheit: Ordner
Wird von Oblitor koordiniert. Ordnerliste, Ordnerleitfaden und mehr auf der Unterseite.

Spende an die Veranstalter

Wir benötigen dringend Spenden, z.B. für Strom, Gebühren, Flyer, Plakate... auch kleine Beträge helfen! (noch besser sind natürlich Große... ;-)
