How to develop Freedom Not Fear?

Starting point
- After three times FNF established somehow
- For several reasons Michael does not like to be single main organizer no more
- FNF shall to be continued
- New organizing structure has to be found (thanks to Dennis, who initiated the workshop to build this up!)

Results in very short terms
The group discussed and worked out a proposal how to develop FNF like this:
- Structuring the organizational work to be done
- Dividing up the work onto several responsible people
Things to be done somehow (chronologial)
- fixing the date
- taking care of / organizing the wiki incl. timetable
- taking care of / organizing the blog
- requesting mep's for inviting groups to fnf
- fixing/booking the room
- making a finance plan, asking money at ak vorrat, prepaying
- publicity of the date and inviting groups
- mass accommodation
- coordination visiting groups mep in the parliament
- privacy slot coordination
- food and drinking at fnf
- technical equipment
- press team including translations and pressing international work
- keynote organizing
- outside event
- "leading" the mundo b's time (holding plenarys ...)
Structuring the tasks
Maybe following divisions could make sense:
- main
- finance
- logistics
- internal
- external

12 months before:
- fixing the date
9 months before:
- initiating / taking care of / organizing the wiki incl. timetable
- taking care of / organizing the blog
- requesting mep's for inviting groups to fnf
- fixing/booking the room
- publishing the date and inviting groups
3 months before:
- making a finance plan, asking money at ak vorrat, prepaying
- inviting groups again
- requesting people for keynote and monday talks
- organizing/initiating outside event(s)
2 months before:
- booking mass accommodation
- installing a press team including translation works
1 month before:
- organizing food and drinking at fnf
- organizing technical equipment
- fixing moderation
