Meeting
The meeting in Stade (near Hamburg, Germany) is to check, what level of preparation and organization is already achieved and what more is to be done and discussed.
Everybody who shares the idea of the european weekend in brussels is invited to join our meeting - participants should contact via email to get more detailed informations.
When?
From Saturday 30th of July 18h to Sunday 31th of july, 2011 14h
Arrival on friday afternoon/evening is possible, too.
Where?
In Stade - detailed informations will be given to the ones who are participating. Transfer from train station Stade could be provided.
Etherpad
There is an etherpad to put in some discussion and results of the meeting. That could be used to communicate and chat about some special topics, too.
Accomodation
Low standard: there is enough place to sleep, maybe even a couch. Please carry a sleeping-bag and your camping mat with you.
