In the U.S. there has been a call for keeping data protection issues outside the TTIP; this call was issued by the Center for Digital Democracy Thomas is in touch with the Center, and will bring input from the mid-September meeting of the ad hoc woring group in Washington DC.
The [TACD] is also working on the TTIP in general, and will hold a meeting in Brusssels.
