In the U.S. there has been a call for keeping data protection issues outside this trade agreement; this call was issued by the NGO Center for Digital Democracy Thomas is in touch with the Center, and with its help will bring input from the mid-September meeting of the ad hoc working group in Washington DC to our session in Brussels.
