Some guidelines how to prepare for a demonstration

Tips for legal support of the Rote Hilfe e.V. (Many useful tips and tricks to handle problematic situations.)

We cooperate with the police and all supporting groups to have a peaceful and safe event. For the first time in the history of demonstrations in Berlin, both the police and the various groups will join a "Mediation" . During the entire demonstration, all parties will continuously exchange information.

Obligations:

The following objects are classified as dangerous and not allowed to be carried on the demonstration:

1. Bottles made of glas and cans
2. Knives, Boxcutters, Scissors, ...
3. Steelenforced Shoes
4. Seitentransparente von mehr als 2,50 Metern Länge (längere Transparente bitte nur quer zur Fahrbahn nutzen)
5. Metal sticks

All supporting organizations will send regulators. These regulators will do their best to arbitrate conflicts and misunderstandings in a peaceful dialog.

In addition to that, all participators of the demonstration should do their best to keep the event pecaeful. We will spread a handout on that topic at the event.
