Maybe we could reflect other logging services with similar approaches somehow? A few have been named in the channel today:

You don't think that your conversations aren't being logged anyways, do you?

If IRSeeK does it, they'll index it and you'll know. When other people log your chats you merely think you're safe because it's not visible YET.

Do you honestly think that most IRC users aren't logging their chats? Even if that is a violation of the TOS, do you think they care?

So what's the problem?
