Group 1:

  • reaction on critical european legislation processes should start more early

  • getting and gathering and distribution of information from european legislation
  • website with infos regarding funding (where and how to get)
  • wiki-sites about comission members
  • use rather advanced, than simple technics (mail-alerts etc.)
  • MPs should be better informed, strenghten civil society lobbying


Group 3:

  • database/website about legislations, processes, statusses
  • aggregating from information for:
    • public
    • parlamentarians
    • other NGOs
  • campaigning area, more exact timing
  • synchronize NGOs
  • act to fight as soon as possible
  • funding



Group 4:

  • funding:
  • EDRi for example could collect information about fund and grant and could act as an info-centre for other NGOs how to and where to grab fundings



Plenum:

  • FOSDEM follow-up
  • identifying and inviting NGOs from other european countries
  • syncronize press-releases
